- Senior Project Manager, Village Baptist Church, Beaverton, OR. Currently directing pre-construction development activities including surveying, planning, environmental, landscape architecture, engineering and architecture for an $11.6M church expansion project located on a 14+ acre site. Construction phase is anticipated to start in Summer 2008. Phase 1 consists of an 800+ seat sanctuary, classrooms, support space and related site improvements. Next phases will include additional parking, more classrooms, community sports facility and a regional ministry center. Team members include Group Mackenzie and Perlo McCormack Pacific.
- Parati Corporation, Director of Operations— 2004-2006
- The Parati Corporation is a Northwest professional consulting firm offering services in planning, surveying, civil engineering, traffic and transportation, landscape architecture, water resources and public works. Overall responsibilities included managing overall operations of several offices and developing project management tools, mentoring project managers and tracking approximately 100 project scopes, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
- Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), Project Director, Vancouver, WA— 2003-2004
- Co-directed (with ODOT) technical work activities for the pre-EIS phase of the I-5 Columbia River Crossing project. Specific responsibilities included securing additional project funding, administration of contracts and tracking project performance for subcontractors working on EIS scoping issues, traffic and tolling analysis, conceptual engineering and environmental analysis, financial options, and federal and state statutory requirements.

- Responsibilities included restructuring the financial and business development strategy for three DEA office locations: Atlanta, Georgia; Tucson, Arizona; and Laguna Hills, California. As an Office Manager:

- Last Mile Fiber Optic Backbone Projects, Denver, CO. Team members included Micromedia Fiber Network (MFN) and Bechtel Corporation.
- Fiber Optic Backbone Construction Project, Portland, OR to Klamath Falls, OR. Responsibilities included developing a feasibility study, right-of-way, preliminary and final engineering design, environmental and cultural resource review and permitting and constructability analysis. Team members included Parsons Brinkerhoff, Kiewit Construction Company and Level(3) Communications.
- Fiber Optic Backbone Construction Project, Anderson, CA to Sacramento, CA. Responsibilities included developing a feasibility study, right-of-way, preliminary and final engineering design, environmental and cultural resource review and permitting and constructability analysis. Team members included Kiewit Construction Company and Level(3) Communications. This project was part of a 750-mile fiber optic build from Portland, Oregon to Sacramento, California. Total design and construction costs totaled $330M.
- Municipal Mapping Projects, City of Beaverton, City of Oregon City and City of Tigard. Responsibilities included developing CAD Base Maps with zoning, sewer, water, storm drainage and topographic overlays.
- GIS Base Map & Zoning for the Regional Land Information System, Metro, Portland, OR.
- National Fiber Optic Cable Facility GIS Prototype including parcel base map, conduit, vaults, marker posts as well as OTDR module for troubleshooting cable break locations, Kansas City, Kansas, AT&T.
- FEMA Floodplain Data Conversion Project, Portland, OR and Mexico City.
- Regional Planning Council of Clark County, WA, Senior Planner— 1978-1985
- Part of a regional planning team responsible for the development of Clark County's Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Planning effort included developing and analyzing the impact of proposed land use designations. Also, participated in open houses, neighborhood and community meetings and formal public hearings. Additional responsibilities included:
- Land use planner for the Metropolitan Planning Organization's (MPO) bi-state transportation modeling effort;
- Land use planner for Clark County's Boundary Review Board and the cities of Battle Ground, Ridgefield, La Center, Yacolt and Camas; and
