Effective January 4, 2007, the Oregon Office of Minority, Women and Emerging Small Business certified Dale O. Himes Consulting, LLC (DHC) as a Tier-1 Emerging Small Business (ESB). The professional areas that DHC has been approved to perform work include:
- Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services
- Project Management in Land Development, Transportation, GIS/Mapping and Planning
This certification status is for three years with possibility for extension for another three years as Tier-1 and another six years as a Tier-2 business.
