Village Baptist Church Expansion Project
Beaverton, Oregon
Currently the Owner's Representative for an $11.6 million church expansion construction project that is now underway and scheduled for completion in September 2009. Also, directed preconstruction development activities including surveying, planning, environmental, landscape architecture, engineering and architecture design for the 14+ acre site. The current construction phase consists of an 800+ seat sanctuary, classrooms, support space and related site improvements. Next phases will include additional parking, more classrooms, community sports facility and a regional ministry center. Team members include Group Mackenzie and Perlo McCormack Pacific.
Harvest Community Fellowship Facility Project
Hillsboro, Oregon
Performed preconstruction development activities for a new sanctuary building and associated classrooms. Specifically, completed jurisdictional land use applications and approvals for the new church facility.
Backbone Fiber Optic Projects
Oregon and California

Fiber Optic Backbone Construction Project from Portland, OR to Klamath Falls, OR. Responsibilities included developing a feasibility study, right-of-way, preliminary and final engineering design, environmental and cultural resource review and permitting and constructability analysis. Team members included Parsons Brinkerhoff, Kiewit Construction Company and Level(3) Communications.
Fiber Optic Backbone Construction Project from Anderson, CA to Sacramento, CA. Responsibilities included developing a feasibility study, right-of-way, preliminary and final engineering design, environmental and cultural resource review and permitting and constructability analysis. Team members included Kiewit Construction Company and Level(3) Communications. This project was part of a 750-mile fiber optic build from Portland, Oregon to Sacramento, California. Total design and construction costs totaled $330M.
